DO YOU SHIP TO MY COUNTRY?

 

Eat Mielies ships worldwide! If my website tells you that your country is not available when you try to check out, email me (eatmielies@gmail.com) and I will add your country right away! (I have to add each country manually, so sometimes there might be one left off)

HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?

 

Shipping price depends on the weight of your order, if your order fits through the mailbox or not, if you want tracked or untracked shipping, etc. The easiest way to calculate this is to fill up your cart and start the checkout process: enter your address and choose your shipping option to find out the cost. You'll be able to cancel the order at this point if you decide you're too broke for that shit. Please note, if the shipping is expensive, it's not because I'm a dick...the postal service in the Netherlands decides these prices so it is out of my hands.

ALSO PLEASE NOTE: If you choose the shipping option "no tracking, use at own risk" then you can probably save a bunch of money - but it also means we cannot track your order. Please don't email me saying "where is my order" when you have chosen this option. If your order gets lost, which very occasionally happens, then it's because you have a shit postman lol. If you want secure shipping, you have to pay for tracking :)

PLEASE CHECK YOUR ORDER ADDRESS!

 

I get so many orders to addresses with missing house number, post codes, etc. PLEASE double check your order address. If your order gets returned to me because of an incorrect address, you will be responsible for paying the shipping again.

HOW LONG DOES MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Please allow 1-3 working days for me to process, pack and send your order. After that, it is entirely out of my hands and in the hands of the Dutch postal service (followed by the hands of your local postal service if you're in another country).

 

Please don't email me after placing your order saying "THIS IS FOR MY MOTHER'S SON'S UNCLE'S BIRTHDAY TOMORROW I NEED IT BY SATURDAY". That is entirely an unfair thing to ask me. I run this business almost entirely by myself. If you remember your friend's birthdays in time then there will be no problem ;)

If your order will take longer than 3 working days before I send it to you, I will inform you via email.
 

Occasionally I go on holiday and leave my store open - there will be a big colourful banner at the top of my store telling you when I'm back and when normal sending of orders will resume.

HOW LONG DO CUSTOM PRODUCTS TAKE?

All information about the process of ordering your custom product is included on the page where you ordered it (underneath the photos). But here is a re-cap of useful info about how long they take:

Custom portraits take 1-2 weeks to be drawn.

Custom willy/vulva names take 1 week to be designed.

If you ordered an A4 print, I send it off to be printed and have to wait for it to arrive to me before I can send it on to you. I don't have any control over this, but it has usually arrives to me within 5-10 days.

If you ordered a custom mug, the mug takes 8 working days to be printed. My supplier is in the UK. They will then either send the mug directly to you, or first to me and then to you (for example, if there were more Mielies products in your order).

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS CAN I GIVE YOU ALLLLL MY MONEY WITH?

UM basically everything. Paypal, iDeal, Credit Card, Debit Card...

CAN I EXCHANGE CLOTHING?

 

Exchanges are not possible right now since I am a small company (like, one person). If you desperately want to be the exception to this rule, I might allow it if you pay the shipping yourself and the clothing arrives back unworn/undamaged. Email me!
